I`ve dealt with other trucking companies before and this was a lot easier. They were upfront about the price. They initially came up with an initial price and then a week later called me up and said that the market shifted a little bit and they would see if they could reset me a price for that. It came in a couple of hundred dollars less than they originally quoted, which was nice. They told us if something went awry within a couple of hundred dollars, they would pay for it, which was cool. They also said that they`ll take care of the actual transport company, they`ll mitigate between that company and me, and then they`ll call me directly and get all that squared away.”
“I transported a Ford Escape thru Sherpa. When I called them, they had a driver available that day and had the car delivered in five days. Their reps were very pleasant. They were also helpful in reminding me to take pictures of the car and talking me through some of the paperwork that would be coming my way, which was not something the other companies I called did at all. They also let you know that they would contribute a percentage of money if the amount that we had agreed to didn`t produce a driver. Aside from that, the quote that they gave me was very fair considering the service I got from them because the other ones were lower, but they weren`t able to produce. In the end, the price I paid was exactly what they told me it would be, so that was very good. As for the driver, he was a sweetheart. We had a little bit of discussion about his family and where he lived, so he was very personable. The car arrived in good shape and had not gotten the wash that they talked about, but that was only if the car turned out to be filthy, which it was not. All in all, their service was amazing and they would be the company I would recommend to everyone.”

He called me back pretty quickly and gave me a detailed rundown of what it would cost and what the process was and did a lot of follow-up. Sherpa was great. They were better than some of the other companies that I reached out to. The driver was nice. They`re independent contractors. He showed up kind of late in the evening, but he was good. He knew what he was doing. The LLC company that did the actual shipment was also nice. I sent a cashier`s check but they wanted to do the cash on the other side, so I had to send a cashier`s check from my bank account across to Fayetteville in, and the truck got caught in snowstorms. So, it wasn`t gonna get there in time. But they worked with me and I did Zelle transfers to them and that worked out fine. When I had this issue with the check, I would leave a message and Sherpa always called me back. So they were great to work with. I was very happy dealing with them.”
